About the Journal
The Rassegna di Diritto dell'Economia (Review of Economic Law) is an interdisciplinary journal covering areas 12 and 13. The Journal's mission is to foster pluralism and discussion through cultural debate on the most impactful legal and economic issues that affect and impact the transformations of society and the economy, both domestically and internationally.
In this context, legal-economic analysis, following the interdisciplinary method, becomes a fundamental element in the approach to the issues addressed from time to time.
This scholarly commitment positions the Review of Economic Law as a privileged observer of phenomena, drawing on diverse fields of knowledge to address future challenges from a perspective free from disciplinary entrenchments.
The Journal, which features authoritative figures from the Italian and international academic world, is structured as follows: Scientific Director, Management Committee, Scientific Committee, and Editorial Board.
