Abstract

L'A. nella revisione delle specie europee e mediterranee del gen. Acroricnus Ratz., ritiene specie valide l'A. seductor (Scop.) e A. stylator (Thunb.), mentre pone A. syriacus (Mocs.) in sinonimia di A. seductor (Scop.). I diversi aspetti cromatici delle forme passate in sinonimia possono essere visti alla luce del fenomeno generale della variabilità cromatica e dell'influenza della temperatura sulla melanogenesi. L'A. ritiene inoltre che la presenza di A. peronatus (Cam.) nella zona mediterranea abbia bisogno di una conferma e che A. elegans (Mocs.) sia specie dubbia.

The A. in the revision of the European and Mediterranean species of Acroricnus Ratz. genus, thinks that A. seductor (Scop.) and A. stylator (Thunb.) are valid species, while hi puts A. syriacus (Mocs.) as synonimous of A. seductor (Scop.). The different cromatic apparences of the form that has passed in synonimy can be seen at the light of the generai fenomenum of cromatic variability and of the temperature influence nn the melanogenesis. The thinks that the presence of A. peronatus (Cam.) in the Mediterranean zone must be confìrmed.
