About the Journal

Open Access policy

The journal is published in full online and is accessible by the entire scholarly community almost in real time, on the model of ‘gold open-access’ outlined in Guidelines on Open Access to Scientific Publications and Research Date Horizon 2020 (EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, 2013).

This system of publication significantly reduces the intervals between the preparation, the evaluation, and the publication of the articles. It is now recognized everywhere as ensuring the world-wide diffusion and promotion of the results of scholarly activity. Moreover, publication on this model may also be useful in the case of requests for EU funding for research projects, which often require non-proprietary ways of sharing and circulating results.
