Ageing and Longevity Risk: an Economic Law perspective – Proceedings
The section "Conventions, Congresses and Conferences Proceedings" features the proceedings of the international workshop coordinated by Prof. Sara Landini and Prof. Giovanni Luchena, held in Capri on 5 June 2025 as part of the activities related to the EU-funded projects Age-It and Restoration, on the theme: "Ageing and Longevity Risk: Reflections in Economic Law".
The event was part of the initiatives of AIDA World (International Association of Insurance Law) and was sponsored by the Italian Association of Professors of Economic Law (ADDE).
