Abstract
According to the OECD, the demand for green-task jobs has increased in the last two years. The necessity for sustainability competences is expected to be met through training programs that facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, abilities, values, and attitudes, fostering the development of a sustainable society. This research aims to investigate whether and how Italian universities are addressing this initial level of training by deepening the reflection on upskilling and reskilling.
