La leadership pedagogica per la qualità dei servizi 0-6: modelli europei a confronto

Abstract

La leadership pedagogica è un elemento chiave per la qualità dei servizi 0-6. Il contributo propone un confronto tra i modelli strutturali, di governance e sistematizzazione della leadership in Finlandia, Germania e Inghilterra – paesi con evidenze significative riguardo al tema – a partire dall’analisi di leggi, frameworks e linee guida ufficiali. Le implicazioni emerse sono discusse per politiche e formazioni per il contesto italiano, dove la leadership pedagogica è ancora in fieri, al fine di riconoscerla quale leva strategica per i servizi per la prima infanzia
